Article 461 — 1

ARTÍCULO 461.

1. El fallo arbitral pone fin al conflicto y tiene el carácter de convención colectiva en cuanto a las condiciones de trabajo.

2. La vigencia del fallo arbitral no puede exceder de dos (2) años.

3. No puede haber suspensión colectiva de trabajo durante el tiempo en que rija el fallo arbitral.
