Article 140 — SALARIO SIN PRESTACION DEL SERVICIO

ARTICULO 140. SALARIO SIN PRESTACION DEL SERVICIO. Durante la vigencia del contrato el trabajador tiene derecho a percibir el salario aun cuando no haya prestación del servicio por disposición o culpa del {empleador}.
