ARTICULO 251. EXCEPCIONES A LA REGLA GENERAL. El artículo 249 no se aplica:

a). A la industria puramente familiar;

b). A los trabajadores accidentales o transitorios.

c). A los artesanos que, trabajando personalmente en su establecimiento, no ocupen mas de cinco (5) trabajadores permanentes extraños a su familia.
