Art. 329

ARTICLE 329. DETERMINATION OF INCOME TAX FOR INDIVIDUALS. Article amended by Article 1 of Law 1819 of 2016. The new text is as follows: The income tax and complementary taxes of individuals (*personas naturales*) resident in the country shall be calculated and adjusted in accordance with the rules set forth in this title.

The provisions of this Title shall apply without prejudice to the provisions of Title I.
